- A valid journeyman trade certificate or bachelor's in applied science/engineering.
- 5 years’ experience in either a mill or heavy industrial setting is preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of computer software and applications, with a preference given to a candidate with SAP and Microsoft Suite.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
- The desire to progress, learn, grow, and succeed.
- Candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $88,500 - $128,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Nonunion Canadian employees are automatically enrolled in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan, which includes a paid company match up to 6%, in addition to a company contribution equaling up to 7.25% of your base salary. Employees are also eligible to enroll in the Retirement Savings Plan (Group RRSP).
