- For 2025 graduates, must be 18 years of age by the start date of 5/20/25
- For 2025 graduates, must have their High School diploma or GED obtained by 5/20/25
- For 2025 graduates, must have plans to pursue educational or workforce training after graduation
- For college students, must be in between semesters or recently graduated
- Must successfully pass the assessment process
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
- Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areas.
- Able to bend, twist, stoop, push and pull and able to lift on occasion up to 50 pounds
- Must be able and willing to work within safe work practices
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Able and willing to read and comprehend technical and non-technical information
- Able to work in a cooperative team structured work system and meet changing requirements and needs
- Able and willing to work any shift, weekends and holidays as needed
- Able to meet attendance requirements
- Able to perform other duties as assigned or required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred educational focus on manufacturing, engineering, technical, information technology or business administration
- Preferred past experience in manufacturing environment
- Preferred past experience in any working environment
