- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees in AI or machine learning are a plus.
- Experience with Generative AI: 2+ years of experience with generative AI models, tools, and frameworks, and a track record of building AI solutions for business use cases.
- Low-Code/No-Code Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, UiPath) for rapid application development.
- Software and IT Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development principles, API integration, and IT systems; familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, design solutions, and improve AI model performance based on feedback and data.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI Ethics and Governance: Knowledge of ethical considerations and governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI usage within the organization.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and stay current with advances in AI, low-code/no-code development, and industry trends.
What We Offer
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $94,977 - $142,465 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan, which includes a paid company match on a per pay period basis. In addition, the company makes a retirement savings contribution of 5% of eligible earnings into the 401(k) Plan.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
