- High school diploma or equivalent
- Due to the requirements of this role, a structured assessment process will be used.

- Able to perform all essential job functions, lifting 2-20 pounds regularly, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, climbing steps/ladders, work from heights and in tight/awkward places/positions; on aerial platforms/ in manlifts at all heights, while wearing safety equipment and standing or walking for up to 2-3 hours at a time for 10 hours.
- Able to work in extreme temperatures, dusty and noisy conditions.
- Able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime as needed to accomplish objectives
- Solid computer skills, SAP knowledge an asset.
- Relieve all workstations (includes any shift) and perform at production rates within the department once certification is achieved
- Coordinate the flow of production and help where needed.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Provide leadership within the work team.
