- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Work related experience in leading and ensuring compliance with safety initiatives
- At least three (3) years of leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid team-building capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based programs
- Strong work ethic
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to improve performance by building and maintaining positive relationships with all associates through coaching, development and instilling a continuous improvement mind-set
- Willing to work any shift which may include rotating, weekends and holidays should business needs require
- Ability to maintain production floor presence for the majority of production time
- Ability to learn and comprehend entire manufacturing process
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in related field
- Work related experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment
- Lumber or Wood products experience
- Experience with LEAN processes
- Experience with SAP and ActivPlant
What We Offer:
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $68,400 - $102,600 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3 weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year
