- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or supply management
- Ability to research products/services by analyzing data and identifying cost effective options
- Working knowledge of accounting functions (i.e. ability to complete purchase orders)
- Effective problem-solving techniques and ability to make process improvement recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Committed to professional ethical standards
- Customer-oriented and focused (both internal and external)
- Demonstrated ability to raise performance by building and maintaining positive relationships with all associates through coaching, development and instilling a continuous improvement mind-set
- Ability to handle large volume of work, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated computer skills to include proficiency in SAP, MS Office, CMMS, and other Windows based programs and internet skills
The following qualifications are desired:
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Work experience in a wood products and/or manufacturing environment
- Experience in bidding, negotiating, preparing and administering contracts and agreements
What We Offer:
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $66,703 - $100.055 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
